Who we are

Qorvity is a technology and AI company based in Lahore, Pakistan. This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@qorvity.com.

What the contact form collects

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company (if you give it), your message, and a rough budget (if you choose one).

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together.

Where it is sent

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message only to deliver it.

To prevent abuse, the server briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit how many enquiries can be sent in a short time. It is not stored afterwards.

Qorvity Assistant (AI chat)

The chat assistant on this site is an AI. To generate replies, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider, Groq, Inc., together with the earlier messages in the same conversation.

We don't store your conversation. It is kept only in your browser for the current session and is cleared when you close the tab or start a new conversation. The only thing we keep is a lead you choose to send: if you agree to pass your details to the team, your name, email, a short summary and an AI-written recap of the conversation are emailed to us, the same way as the contact form.

By default Groq does not retain the inputs and outputs of these requests, and does not use them to train models. Groq may keep them for up to 30 days if needed to investigate abuse or reliability problems.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors. [CONFIRM ANALYTICS PROVIDER]

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for [RETENTION PERIOD], or for as long as we are in conversation about a project, and then delete them.

Your rights and deletion
