Four services

Services

AI agents, workflow automation, custom software and AI on your data. Each one is scoped around a single workflow first, built on your real data, and run in production with your team in the loop.

AI agents

Chat and voice agents that answer customers, qualify leads and handle support, trained on your knowledge and connected to your systems, with a human in the loop where it matters.

Who it's for

Teams that answer the same customer questions all day, miss calls or messages out of hours, or lose leads because nobody replied fast enough.

Problems it solves

  • Customers wait hours for answers your team has given a hundred times.
  • Calls and WhatsApp messages go unanswered outside office hours.
  • Sales time goes on leads that were never a fit.

What you get

  • Website and WhatsApp chat agents
  • Inbound and outbound voice agents
  • Smart escalation to your team

How a typical engagement runs

  1. We review your real conversations and decide together what the agent should and shouldn't handle.
  2. We build a working agent on your knowledge and test it against your past questions.
  3. We launch it on one channel with escalation rules, logging and monitoring in place.
  4. We review transcripts each month, fix what drifts and extend it when you're ready.

Questions

Do you work with our existing tools?

Yes. Agents connect to the systems you already use, such as your CRM, helpdesk, calendar or WhatsApp Business account, so answers and bookings land where your team already works.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Agents only answer from the knowledge you approve, hand off to a person when they are unsure or when a topic is sensitive, and every conversation is logged so mistakes can be found and fixed.

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. We recommend agents say so clearly, and customers can always ask for a person.

Who owns the agent?

You do: the prompts, the knowledge base, the configuration and the accounts it runs on.

Workflow automation

Connect the tools your team already uses and remove the copy-paste work between them.

Who it's for

Operations, finance and sales teams who move the same information between email, spreadsheets and systems by hand every day.

Problems it solves

  • Data is copied between tools by hand, and errors creep in.
  • Invoices, forms and documents are typed in instead of read automatically.
  • Weekly reports take hours to assemble from several places.

What you get

  • CRM, email and spreadsheet automations
  • Document and invoice processing
  • Reports that build themselves

How a typical engagement runs

  1. We map the workflow step by step and measure how long it takes today.
  2. We automate it on your real data and run it alongside the manual process.
  3. We switch over once the numbers match, with alerts if anything fails.
  4. We monitor it, fix what breaks when tools change, or hand it over to your team.

Questions

Do you work with our existing tools?

Yes. We build on what you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Shopify or Freshdesk, and connect to your own databases and APIs where needed.

What happens when an automation fails?

Every automation has error handling and alerts. When something fails, the right person is told what happened and nothing is silently lost.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, workflows and accounts are yours, and everything is documented so another team could take it over.

Custom software

Web apps, internal tools and dashboards built around how your business actually runs.

Who it's for

Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, or whose off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how they actually work.

Problems it solves

  • Critical processes run on fragile spreadsheets.
  • Clients email for updates that a portal could show them.
  • Managers can't see what is happening without asking around.

What you get

  • Web apps and client portals
  • Internal tools and dashboards
  • Integrations and APIs

How a typical engagement runs

  1. We agree the smallest version that solves the real problem.
  2. We build it in short cycles, and you use each working version as it lands.
  3. We launch with security review, backups, monitoring and training.
  4. We maintain and extend it, or hand over the code and documentation.

Questions

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository and runs on accounts in your name, with no lock-in.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. Integrations and APIs are a standard part of what we build, so new software works with the tools you keep.

How do you price a project?

After the call you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, so you know the cost before work starts.

AI on your data

Put your documents, data and know-how to work.

Who it's for

Teams whose knowledge is locked in documents, shared drives and people's heads, or who need to pull information out of documents and images at volume.

Problems it solves

  • People spend time searching for answers that are already written down somewhere.
  • Information is read out of documents and retyped by hand.
  • Visual checks are done manually and inconsistently.

What you get

  • Knowledge assistants (RAG)
  • Document understanding
  • Computer vision

How a typical engagement runs

  1. We audit the data you have and agree what a correct answer looks like.
  2. We build a prototype on a real sample and measure its accuracy with you.
  3. We launch with access controls, source citations and monitoring.
  4. We track accuracy over time and retrain or adjust as your data changes.

Questions

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We configure AI providers so your data isn't used to train their models, and access is limited to what each system needs.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Answers point to their sources so people can check them, low-confidence results go to a person for review, and we measure accuracy against agreed test cases.

Do you work with our existing tools?

Yes. We work with documents and data where they already live, such as SharePoint, Google Drive or your own databases.

Process

How we work

Four steps, in this order, on every project.

  1. Step 1: Discover

We map one workflow end to end, find where time and money leak, and agree what success looks like, in numbers.

  2. Step 2: Prototype

A working version on your real data, fast, so you judge results instead of slides.

  3. Step 3: Launch

Hardened for production: security review, monitoring, fallbacks, and training for your team.

  4. Step 4: Operate

We monitor performance, fix what drifts and improve it every month, or hand it over completely. You own what we build.

Tools

We build on the tools your team already uses.

  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • WhatsApp Business
  • HubSpot
  • Shopify
  • Freshdesk

and your own databases and APIs.

Next step

Tell us what's slowing your team down.

Describe one workflow. We'll tell you honestly whether AI or automation can fix it, and what it would take.
